When you climb the Arlberg, will find a world of unending cuisine at 1,800 meters above sea level: the Arlberg Hospiz Hotel Ski Club Room, the main restaurant in Tyrol at the Arlberg.
During the turn-of-century winter of 1900/1901, the pioneers of the Austrian ski sport reached the Hospiz on skis for the first time. With wine, savory meals and a jovial atmosphere, they founded the most famous ski club in the world, the Skiclub Arlberg .
Where once the first chapter in the history of Austrian ski sports was opened, today Mathias Seidel writes his culinary history. He has convinced his guests with ease: In addition to Mediterranean creations, Austrian classics are served in the à la carte restaurant that reinvents haute cuisine.
